1. Open your file named lastname ss03 if it is not already open.
2. Save a copy of this file as lastname ss04.
3. Using the first set of data, highlight cells A2-B7. This range includes the players' names, points per game and the Pts/Game label.
4. Make a bar graph using this data. (Select the first option: Clustered Bar.)
5. Click and drag the chart into an open area if it is covering any of the data.
6. In the spreadsheet, change the Pts/Game for Sally from 11.75 (or 11.8) to 5 and then Tab or Return to accept the changes. Notice how the chart changes.
7. Copy the chart. (Make sure the chart is selected before you select Copy.)
8. Create a new word processing document.
9. At the top of the page type 1999-2000 Final Statistics. Press Enter twice after typing the title.
10. Paste the chart on the page and center it underneath the title.
11. Save the word processing document as lastname ss04b.
12. Save the changes to your spreadsheet file.
