- Open your file named
lastname ss03 if it is not already open.
- Save a copy of this file as
lastname ss04.
- Using the first set
of data, highlight cells A2-B7. This range
includes the players' names, points per game and the Pts/Game
label.
- Make a bar graph
using this data. (Select the first option: Clustered Bar.)
- Click and drag the chart into an
open area if it is covering any of the data.
- In the spreadsheet, change the
Pts/Game for Sally from 11.75 (or 11.8) to 5 and then Tab or
Return to accept the changes. Notice how the chart changes.
- Copy the chart. (Make sure the chart
is selected before you select Copy.)
- Create a new word processing
document.
- At the top of the page type
1999-2000 Final Statistics. Press Enter twice after
typing the title.
- Paste the chart on the page and
center it underneath the title.
- Save the word processing document as
lastname ss04b.
- Save the changes to your spreadsheet
file.
