I pulled a stupid and deleted some files off the website. If you notice any broken links while trying to download module files or marksheets, please let me know.

Thanks!

If you are in my Multimedia class, the following links are to free or trial versions of the software we will be using in class.

3D Software:

You can download version 5.5 of Bryce3D for free. However, you will also need to install the Bryce presets file in order to get all the models and textures for the free version of the program.

Blender3D is the free, open-source 3D program we use in the 20/30 level multimedia courses.

Photoshop:

You can download and install a 30-day trial version of Photoshop CS4 from Adobe’s trial download site. Might be just the ticket to get your module done in time, or get caught up if you are behind!

If you want something free that won’t expire on you, try GIMP. It works a lot like Photoshop, but is completely free and open source!

Web:

We will be using the free HTML editor Komposer in class. There are other free web editors out there, but I like this one.

For a non-free trial of something more professional grade, try the 30-day trial of Dreamweaver CS4 from Adobe’s trial download site.

Computer Lab Hours

Students are encouraged to keep up with their class work so they don’t run out of time at the end of the quarter. The computer lab is open for student use in the AM, noon hour and after school according to the following schedule.

Quarter 3 2008-2009

MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY THURSDAY FRIDAY (except Day4)
8:20-8:45AM 8:20-8:45AM 8:20-8:45AM 8:20-8:45AM 8:20-8:45AM
Noon Hour Noon Hour Closed Closed Noon Hour

4:00PM is the stated closing time, but I’m often here later.

If more time is needed on a computer, the school Library is open at 8:15 every morning, and most noon hours and after school. The Library computers have many of the programs we use in InfoPro installed on them.
